Make the next job work

Less time on the road.
More room in the project budget.

01
Travel less

Cut the daily commute

A long drive can cost more than fuel. Housing closer to the job may reduce paid travel hours and give the crew more time to recharge.

  • Count the full labor cost. Paid travel wages can carry payroll taxes, workers’ compensation premiums, and other labor burden, depending on how your payroll and policy treat those hours.
  • Reduce vehicle costs. Compare fuel, mileage, maintenance, and wear from the daily commute with a shorter local drive.
  • Protect time after the shift. Less driving means more time for meals and rest, and may reduce travel-related overtime where it applies.
02
Spend smarter

Keep housing costs clear

One contact for your travel housing needs, with a project plan that brings lodging, parking, and deployment costs together.

  • Compare the whole stay. Review Crew Camps, site fees, utilities, delivery, setup, pickup, and taxes alongside actual hotel costs. Each Crew Camps quote is based on delivery and project location.
  • Save coordination time. Work through one housing contact instead of juggling room reservations, extensions, and separate properties.
  • Feed the crew at camp. Save time and money with preset menus and Costco shopping lists. Prepare breakfast, pack lunches, and share dinner at camp using the kitchen and BBQ. All dinners take less than 35 minutes to prepare.
03
Live better

Give the crew a home base

A comfortable place to eat, relax, and stay connected can make an out-of-town assignment easier on the team.

  • Arrive with the essentials covered. Bedding, pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen supplies, a BBQ, playing cards, board games, and outdoor seating are included in the planned setup.
  • Keep living space available. Four dedicated beds let the U-shaped dinette stay ready for meals, planning, and downtime.
  • Stay connected after work. Starlink Wi-Fi is available, with a Roku Smart TV for downtime at camp.

Built around your role

One housing partner.
Two ways to put it to work.

Would you bid farther from home?

Get a housing plan before you price the job. Rent directly for your crew and compare the full cost against hotels or daily driving.

Price housing for my crew ↗
  • Match the trailer to your crew and dates.
  • Compare lodging, travel time, and vehicle costs.
  • Prepare meals at camp to save restaurant trips and compare food costs.
Start with the numbers

What does housing
cost per worker?

Example: 4 workers, 20 nights. Adjust the nightly housing budget to see the shared cost.

Illustrative budget includes a $100/night RV site allowance. This is not a published rental rate or quote.

Per worker / night$87.50
20-night housing budget$7,000

Then compare the whole job.

Add delivery, taxes, and other charges. Compare with actual hotel quotes and paid commute costs for the same dates.

Paid travel hours, labor burden, overtime, and meal savings belong in a project-specific comparison.

From first call to pickup

Tell us the job. We’ll work through the stay.

Share the basics

Project location, crew size, start date, and length of stay.

Develop the plan

Review the trailer, approved parking, utilities, and itemized quote.

Get crew-ready

Plan delivery, setup, turnover, and pickup around your schedule.

A few practical questions.

Where can the trailer be parked?

At an approved RV park or other permitted location. Access, hookups, wastewater arrangements, and permission must be confirmed before delivery.

Can a GC keep housing in place as trades rotate?

A longer-term plan can be scoped around trade schedules, capacity, cleaning, and turnover. Specify which housing costs the GC covers in the bid documents.

What is included in the price?

Each Crew Camps quote is based on delivery and project location. Your written quote identifies Crew Camps housing, site and utility costs, delivery, setup, pickup, cleaning, and applicable taxes or other charges. Bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, a BBQ, playing cards, board games, outdoor seating, and a Roku Smart TV are included in the planned setup. Starlink Wi-Fi is available; service details are confirmed in your quote.

Your next out-of-town job
